– Develop Requirements
-Requirements collection comes first so need to collect all requirements from client and if reference is provided by client then collect requirements from reference. After collecting all requirements document requirements properly.
– Requirements Analysis
Once Requirements are collected then need to perform requirements analysis to get proper understanding and analysis on provided reference panel to get business understanding with requirements.
– Develop Requirements Priorities
After performing Requirements Analysis with Business services, develop requirements priorities document those are helpful for Team for creating a platform with needed features on time.
– Develop Functional Requirements
Once priorities are set then document functional requirements then should share with functionality development team with status of priorities. So team can understand functional requirements with business priorities then can develop requirements according to priorities.
– Develop Performance Requirements
Once priorities are set then document performance requirements then should share with performance development team with status of priorities. So team can understand performance requirements with business priorities then can develop requirements according to priorities.
– Develop Security Requirements
Once priorities are set then document security requirements then should share with security development team with status of priorities. So team can understand security requirements with business priorities then can develop requirements according to priorities.
– Check Developed Requirements Perfection
After completing all set of requirements development need to check perfection about all the requirements of system for getting client’s satisfaction with needs of UI, functional, non performance and security.
– Improve Set of Developed Requirements
At this step need to focus on requirements refinement where it needs after checking requirements perfection. If get improvement is needed then share improvement suggestions to client then get feedback if client is agree then add/update with requirements improvements.
– Requirements Verification
Once changes are done and requirements are documented then requirements verification must be verified for getting confirmation about requirements meet business needs with system.
– Requirements Management
After getting acceptance about all set of requirements and about requirements modification acceptance from client side then manage all these requirements with document. When new changes come then need to manage accepted requirements with latest requirements properly.
